NJ ALEXANDRIA — Alexandria adopts construction permit fees on final reading. The Township Committee approved Ordinance 2026-006, establishing comprehensive construction permit fees ranging from $95 minimum to $650 for major electrical equipment and $0.050 per cubic foot for new residential construction. The committee unanimously approved Resolution 2026-086, authorizing a development agreement with Gregory DePetro allowing sale of lot 11.14 prior to stormwater management completion on lot 11.13, under Board Engineer Thomas Decker's oversight.
The committee also approved comprehensive Alexandria Park use rules and emergency appropriations of $1,510,692.37 pending final 2026 budget adoption scheduled for April 23.
